Visits for Permanent Hair Removal
The length of a full IPL photo epilation treatment will depend on the individual and on the area of body being
treated. The visit schedule is based on the natural growth cycle of the hair.
To give you an idea, the follwing outlines the average number of required visits:
- Body areas such as bikini, legs or underarms: 4-6 visits
- Facial area: 4 weeks
- Chest or back area: 6-8 Weeks
An average visit runs approximately 10-25 minutes, depending on the area of the body being treated.
Full Back or Legs please allow 1.30 Hours
For optimal results, it is essential that the hair being treated be in the active (Anagen) growth phase.
The time and duration of the active growth phase varies according to the area being treated.
Radiancy normally recommends the following treatment schedule:
- Body areas such as bikini, legs or underarms: 1 visit every 4 weeks
- Facial area: 1 visit every 7-10 days
- Chest or back area:- 1 visit every 4-6 weeks
