• Two 60 minute face to face or telephone coaching sessions a month over 3 months
• Weekly distance coaching by e-mail to move you closer towards your goal containing personalized encouragement, motivation messages and action steps
• One 60 minute face to face or telephone coaching session per month over 3 months
• Unlimited distance coaching by email over 3 months to move you closer towards your goal containing personalized encouragement, motivation messages and action steps
• Twelve 45 minute coaching calls (1 session per week) over 3 months plus distance coaching by email
• Weekly distance coaching by email to move you closer towards your goal containing personalized encouragement, motivation, messages and action steps

Why three months?

You may have noticed that most of the packages are of three months duration. Experience has shown that this is the ideal timescale to bring long-lasting and tangible benefits into your life. The first few weeks are very exciting, change happens quite quickly, motivation is at a high - then doubts start to creep in and you may feel a little bit less motivated - this is when you need your coach most of all, to get you over this 'hump' and making the kind of profound changes that have long-term rewards.

At the end of three months you may feel you have gained all you can for now, or you may decide to carry on with coaching; it's entirely up to you.

Some new clients prefer to book just a few sessions to see how they get on. My basic rate is £40/hour for each 1-hour session payable in advance. If you decide to proceed into one of the above packages I adjust the fee accordingly so that you only pay what you would have done had you opted for that package in the first place.
