New York style salsa dancing for beginners are starting in Hair & Beauty World, Halifax on Saturday 31st of July. The salsa dance lesson starts at 4:30 and lasts for about an hour.

• No Partner is required (but if not enough men attend, then some women will have to lead).
• Footwear - Preferably smooth soles so that your feet can slide. Trainers are not a good idea.
• Cost - £3.50
• Each class will consist of a 10-15 minute warm up and footwork followed by partnerwork.
